CONTACT CENTRE AGENT (X9)

JOB PURPOSE
To handle all Contact Centre interactions by providing high level consistent standards of service to Zanaco customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. To manage the entire customer experience to ensure consistent service delivery.

MARKETING SPECIALIST (X1)

JOB PURPOSE
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the execution of strategies, brand management and campaigns. The executive will support the generation of strategies that will grow the Banks market share and brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth.

REGIONAL CLIENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (X1) – NORTHERN REGION

JOB PURPOSE
To lead the execution of the Digital Banking client acquisition strategy. To grow and retain a portfolio of active Digital Banking customers and achieve the business target of number clients as well as associated financial performance indicators for assigned region.
