Job Title: Brand and Media Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities

To support the development and adaption of communication, media plans and brand strategies that resonate with the identified segments and sub segments including value propositions within them.
Monitors key market indices as they affect brand awareness, preference, equity and market share to support decision making
Assists in the implementation of the brand equity building strategies for master brand in line with the group expectations to ensure consistency in the brand
Implements rollout plans and route to market strategy for all master brand initiatives to ensure successful execution thereof
Support in the management of the production of advertising creative materials e.g. outdoor, TV and radio
Ensure spend is in line with OPEX and MTN business plan
Media monitoring with help of assigned agency
Effectively manages the development of media and other reports, effectively linking performance management, learning & development, talent management and the MTNZ Employee Value
Proposition to achieve optimum performance

Candidate Requirements

Diploma in marketing or any other Business/Commercial qualification
3 years’ experience of which:
Marketing experience within an FMCG or Advertising / Communications Industry
Experience in the telecommunications industry and will be an added advantage
