Department: Retail Sales
Responsibilities         
  • Excellent customer service and after sales service
  • Drive promotion and sale of stock
  • Monitor stock levels, order stock
  • Remove damaged stock
  • Assist with annual stock takes
  • Understanding of procedures for goods collection, delivery, dispatch, ordering and returns
  • Liaison with suppliers, merchandisers and buyers
  • General understanding of competitors
POSITION : DISPATCH CLERK
LOCATION : KITWE
DEPARTMENT : DISPATCH
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensuring dispatch procedure is carried out
  • Implement and maintain an effective delivery and return record keeping system
  • Control of customer deliveries and delivery returns
  • Liaising and following up with customers re deliveries, collections, returns etc.
  • Report to the Yard Manager / Dispatch HOD re all department issues
  • Minimise shrinkage and breakages
  • Assist with annual stock takes
  • Excellent customer service
  • Liaise with suppliers and other departments on deliveries and collections
